The Collom & Carney Clinic Association Web Site may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals interested in services provided by Collom & Carney Clinic Association. Refund Policy
Upon notification to business office of a duplicate or erroneous transaction to patient’s credit card the following steps are taken:

 

  • - Verification of duplicate or erroneous transaction against credit card receipt vs cashier’s edit by business office staff..
  • - Notification to IT that the duplicate or erroneous transaction needs to be removed including date posted on credit        card and total amount
  • - Duplicate or erroneous transaction will be cancelled on the cashier’s edit
  • - Notification to patient of correction of duplicate or erroneous transaction to credit card.
